Meet the Business and Finance Experts Comprising Our Advisory Board
Mr. Reed founded Legend Engineering in 2005 where he continues to operate today. His prior experience includes Dominion Engineering Associates and Logan City Engineering Department. Mr. Reed has 22 years of experience in the development, design, and construction management of municipal, commercial and industrial projects. He is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states across the country and successfully performs cost analysis, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, site plan designs, wastewater and culinary water system master planning and design, and mass grading design. He has been affiliated with RPTI and provided technical support for over ten years.
Mr. Workman has practiced law for 25 years with a primary focus in transactional work, establishing estate, business, tax, and asset protection plans for simple and complex estates ranging up to multi-million dollars. He represents clients in transactions for buying and selling real estate, negotiates and drafts commercial leases, financing contracts, financial services compliance. Mr. Workman is experienced with entities involving corporations, limited liability companies, revocable and irrevocable trusts as well as effecting asset transfers to these entities and trusts. Trevin assists and supports the clients and staff of RPTI with any legal advice for purchase transactions, or interpretations of tax law and case law that may affect the technical services provided by RPTI.
Mr. Munford is a Professional Engineer that is currently licensed in multiple states across the country. Tyson has over 20 years of architectural design and engineering experience in both the commercial and residential building industries.
He is an important member of the RPTI team when complex structural characteristics require review, or engineering calculations are necessary. He currently consults as Senior Design Engineer at a specialized manufacturer of building structural components that distributes and installs its products across the United States and Canada.
